Now THAT'S more like it!

Still not a massive snowfall, by most standards. But it was enough to close the preschool today! I think we would have opened anyway if it hadn't been for the low attendance yesterday - we only had around 40 kids show up out of the whole preschool.

In honor of a good clean snowfall, a basic snow cream recipe:

1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
snow

Blend milk, sugar and vanilla extract. Stir in enough snow to bring it to an ice cream consistency. Enjoy!

I used to LOVE snow cream! Can't really make it in Memphis, though. Too much air pollution :-(
