Recipe: Sunrise Souffle

I got this recipe from the Busy People's Slow Cooker Cookbook. I tried it for the first time this weekend, and it seemed to be a success.

6 slices bread, cubed
1 (8 oz) pkg breakfast sausage links, sliced
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.
Add bread cubes and sausage slices.
In a bowl mix the eggs, milk, and dry mustard.
Pour the mixture over the bread and sausage (already in slow cooker).
Sprinkle the cheese on top.
Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
