Photo Hunt: Bad Hair
I've posted this little collage before, but it bears repeating: I have retarded hair. It doesn't matter what I do to it, there are complete sections that refuse to hold a curl. Even permanent waves are a crapshoot with this mane. It's a shame, because the parts that will actually hold curl look so good curly. But I guess I am just destined for straight hair.
